Arka Plan<\/strong>: Son zamanlarda, makro odakl\u0131 ultrason (MFU), y\u00fcz sarkmas\u0131 tedavisi i\u00e7in pop\u00fcler bir invaziv olmayan estetik tedavi haline gelmi\u015ftir. Ancak, \u00fcst y\u00fcz b\u00f6lgesinde 2.0 mm’lik bir transd\u00fcser ile MFU kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendiren bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Ama\u00e7lar<\/strong>: Taylandl\u0131 hastalarda 2.0 mm transd\u00fcser ile MFU’nun \u00fcst y\u00fcz sarkmas\u0131n\u0131n tedavisindeki etkinli\u011fini ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fini de\u011ferlendirmek.<\/p>\n

Y\u00f6ntemler<\/strong>: Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, hafif ila orta derecede y\u00fcz sarkmas\u0131 tan\u0131s\u0131 konmu\u015f 34 Taylandl\u0131 hasta ile yap\u0131lan ileriye d\u00f6n\u00fck, de\u011ferlendirici k\u00f6r bir pilot \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131r. Hastalar, al\u0131n, g\u00f6z kenarlar\u0131 ve hemen alt\u0131ndaki b\u00f6lgelerde 2.0 mm transd\u00fcser ile tek bir MFU seans\u0131 ile tedavi edildi. Birincil sonu\u00e7, ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7, 1 hafta, 1 ay, 3 ay ve 6 ay takiplerinde iki k\u00f6r dermatolog taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcst y\u00fcz sarkmas\u0131ndaki klinik iyile\u015fmenin de\u011ferlendirilmesiydi. Ka\u015f y\u00fcksekli\u011fi, \u00fcst y\u00fcz hacmi ve dokusal d\u00fczensizlikler gibi objektif \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler de\u011ferlendirildi. Ayr\u0131ca hastalar\u0131n kendi de\u011ferlendirme skorlar\u0131 ve yan etkiler kaydedildi.<\/p>\n

Bulgular<\/strong>: 34 hastadan 27’si (%79,4) t\u00fcm takiplere kat\u0131ld\u0131. \u00dcst y\u00fcz sarkmas\u0131nda klinik iyile\u015fme, 1 haftal\u0131k takip kadar erken bir s\u00fcrede g\u00f6zlemlendi. Ka\u015f y\u00fcksekli\u011fi her takipte anlaml\u0131 \u015fekilde artt\u0131 (p=0.000) ve 6 ayl\u0131k takipte ortalama 1.22 mm art\u0131\u015f sa\u011fland\u0131. K\u0131r\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131klar, 1 haftal\u0131k (p=0.002) ve 6 ayl\u0131k (p=0.010) takiplerde anlaml\u0131 \u015fekilde iyile\u015fti. Cilt p\u00fcr\u00fczl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, 6 ayl\u0131k takipte \u00f6nemli bir iyile\u015fme g\u00f6sterdi (p=0.004). Hastalar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu (%53.6), 3 ayl\u0131k takipte belirgin bir iyile\u015fme bildirdi. Ciddi bir yan etki g\u00f6zlenmedi.<\/p>\n

Sonu\u00e7<\/strong>: MFU, hafif ila orta derecede sarkmaya sahip hastalarda \u00fcst y\u00fcz sarkmas\u0131 ve cilt dokusal d\u00fczensizlikleri i\u00e7in g\u00fcvenli ve etkili bir tedavi y\u00f6ntemidir.<\/p>\n
